A few details to note when ordering from Hex Cavelli..

Sizing and returns

We aim to deliver all products at the correct size so please confirm your size before ordering if possible or select SIZE option on the order and we will send you a ring sizer before dispatching your order. 

If you would like your order to be resized after the initial sizing this will incur a charge of £25-£40 + Postage. Please get in touch for a quote. 

Some of the larger rings are not available in smaller sizes and some of the very small rings may can not be resized in the larger sizes.

Pricing listed is for the online store only. 

 

Website images and content 

All products along with all image and text on the Hex Cavelli website is copyrighted and may not be used for commercial use without our permission. 

All content may be subject to change at any time without warning. We regularly update the website. 

 

Handmade goods 

All goods are hand made, hand carved or hand printed. This means the images on the website will not be the product that you receive. There may be some slight differences in the products you receive due to this hand made process. 

As the items are all handmade the delivery times may vary. We advise 21 days to allow for the items to be delivered. If a ring sizer is dispatched this may cause further delays to the dispatch of the order. 

All products are listed with approximate weight and dimensions, please take note of these before you order.

 

Care of your product

Our high quality products are made from sterling silver, or gold when requested. These metals are not indestructible and we recommend care. Silver can become brittle when stretched and squeezed to fit which may cause the items to eventually break. We offer resizing on products and recommend aiming for a perfect fit to avoid this. 

Silver can change colour through wear, we would recommend polishing items when required. 

 

Delivery and lost orders

All our orders are packed and sent via tracked and signed for delivery. We are unable to accept any liability when the order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are available and any compensation claims may be raised with the courier. 

 

We are not responsible for any customers charges or duty imposed by customs. We are also not responsible and can not predict any further delays caused by customs. This can take up to 6 weeks to clear but tracking will be provided and we advice contacting your local customs office if the order is delayed.
