Jane Cooper
A mixed media artist from the UK, recently relocated to the Tasmanian coast and taking some time to develop my creative work.

How I got here..
2011
Training
I graduated with a Textile Design BA (Hons) from Falmouth University. I then kept learning from skilled master craftsmen and launched my first silver collection in 2016.
2021
The BBC and Engraving
In 2021 The Speedshop hit BBC2, a prime time show about a motorbike workshop on Poole Quay. On the show I made a bronze sculpture and a big engraving, while adding some sparkle to the workshop.
2024
Relocation
In autumn we packed up our home, studio and moved down-under! The leaving party/wedding at Sbomb was the perfect send off!
Time for a new chapter.
